*Bring water, a cushion to sit on, a yoga mat and blanket if you'd like to lie down during the grounding meditation/sound bath portion.

6:00pm-6:20 pm - Arrival and connecting 

6:20pm-6:45 pm - Grounding meditation and a mini sound bath by Shireen
